Please improve the "level system"

I am getting really angry about my experience with League of Legends these days.It's been 2 days that I'm in a losing streak because of people not playing the game right, or opponents that are way too advanced. I have to do bots to get my first win of the day which is completely pathetic. I can't say it's my fault if we loose because I only do support and support can't carry a team to victory. There is always a problem with one person in a lane (top, mid, and adc) or in the jungle. Either the person gets too frustrated and leaves her lane because she keeps dying or doesn't like the ooponent she has to deal with, or they feed the enemy team. I would like a better balance system, not to report players because it's not their fault if they can't beat someone stronger than them, maybe use the win ratio of players so they can play against someone of their own level.

Supports have carried games; I've carried games as supports. Streamers have gone from bronze to high ELO rankings playing only supports. The myth that supports can't carry has been thoroughly debunked.

It depends on what you do with the support. During late game I understand that you would change your build to get in the fight, but for my games that lasts 30 min and no one gets to full build... well I can't do much. I have to stick to my team mates that dont even know that Thresh's lantern can be grabbed so you can dash to him.... anyways, i'm not critcizing the gameplay but the people that are insulting their team mates and break "friendship" because someone forgot to gank a lane so we get pissed at him. But the most common cause of me losing a game is by people that keeps dying and feeding because the player they are against is too strong.

You only have one ranked game that I can see, but you're doing a few things wrong off the get-go.

A. You don't have a full rune set. You have no blue runes, and it looks like your Sona rune page is a hodge podge of things you have left over from the rune pages of other characters you play.

B. No GP/5 item and you built a Ruby Sightstone. Regular Sightstone is all you need; save Ruby Sightstone for later in the game. Try and get either a Frost Queen's Claim or Talisman to help get you gold, that'll let you get the items you need to stay relevant while still warding.

C. Masteries look OK to me.

I'm not talking about my gameplay but about the level of experience of other players. Though, I appreciate your help for the runes and stuffs.

And by the way, for B yes I leave the ruby sightstones for late game, even though it says Beginning of Game. And also this ranked game was long ago.
