Rework Concept: Fiddlesticks

Fiddlesticks is on the list of champions Riot placed on the Choose A Champion list, and one of my favorite champion concepts despite his dated kit. That being said, I want to give a go at a potential rework path I believe can be taken to help balance out his kit. I'll leave lore and such out of this concept (let the SAS group cover that - this is just some technical stuff. I may try my hand at the other four at some point, just to see.

Passive: (unchanged)

New! Q: Petrify - Fiddlesticks creates a visible clone of himself at a target location within 150 units of him. After a 1s delay, the clone erupts into a flurry of crows, fearing enemies within a 350 unit radius of the clone for 1/1/1.5/1.5/2s and dealing damage over time. Fiddlesticks can use this ability on a friendly ward to set a trap for enemies that lasts until triggered, or until the ward expires. Once Fiddlesticks has his ult, this trap will imitate Crowstorm. (it will do its damage and fear the target like normal, and it will not move, but it will show the particle effects of Crowstorm, just to scare the bejesus out of people.) [Damage] 10/15/20/25/30[+10%AP]/s (totaling 40/60/80/100/120[+40%AP] over 4s.

W: [Damage] 65/80/105/130/155[+45%AP] (down by 15 base damage at all levels, to account for Q adding damage now)

E: (unchanged)

R: (unchanged)

I think I’d be cool if you could cast E from the clone/the clone can bounce the E

the primary purpose of the new Q is twofold:

You can now fear people into your drain again (with a proper setup) instead of watching them leave your primary source of damage.

You can scare the hell out of people by setting up a fake, and possibly even juke people by pretending to be a fake (though it doesn't work the same as Wukong or Shaco unless you have the time to set it up in advance)

Since the ability itself actually does a little damage with this rework, and your E already focuses targets being drained, I think allowing the E to prioritize them if they're taking damage from Q may be a bit too much.
