@Riot: Soraka Alignment changes

So for those that don't know there are some changes to Soraka on the PBE at the moment. When she lands her Starcall she gets a buff called Alignment that, after 3 seconds, expires, giving her health back. If she uses Astral Infusion while she has the buff it expires on her and transfers to the target, giving them health once it expires on them. Before today it also returned mana back to her and/or the target, but in today's PBE update it was changed to give movement speed instead. I was really excited to have my first support finally giving mana again and I'm a little sad that it was removed. I'm curious why you guys decided to remove this. Was it to strong? or just not a direction that you guys wanted to take her in?
