Hud Scaling Fix

So a lot of people including me have been having issues with the HUD font being too big and not fitting since patch 5.15. Everything I tried in-game like scaling the HUD, or changing the resolution and nothing worked. I trying changing my Windows resolution and had the same results. I noticed that many people with this issue had the Windows scaling set above 100% and saw that my own was at 150%. After lowering my scaling to 100% and trying a game I saw that my HUD was back to normal and completely fine. Having everything outside of league shrunk is a bit of a pain but for anyone experiencing this issue this should fix the problem until riot finds an actual solution.
