Just a small rework on Vel'koz...
When Vel'koz uses W on himself he gains +40% movement speed. Purpose: To give him some good escapes.

As much as i'd like like that, i think it's a terrible idea. He does so much damage, it only makes sense that hes immobile.
It's not unique enough. It sounds very similar to Jayce's gate. They're both linear skill shots the only difference being that Vel'Koz's w does damage.
