what you have is a fighter build. i recommend a infinity edge for that "off" chance to have crit damage plus ad.

Swap out Visage for Sterak's, or Maw. She doesn't have enough innate healing to benefit from Visage, and both Steraks and Maw give her more AD. They both also give you big shields to help survive burst, and Maw even gives you that 10% CDR and some lifesteal, too. Sunfire could also probably be replaced by Deadman's, if you're looking for more single target damage and CC, along with a healthy bit of movement speed. With the amount of HP in this build, you might also be able to swap Ravenous Hyrda to Titanic, for more damage and more HP.
