Vel'Koz Rework [Idea]

Since Vel'Koz has lower basic stats than Ad Carries not to mention that he gets countered against all of the assasin's,I've came up with a rework.

Note:It would be better if Vel'Koz had Void Stacks instead of mana.He can get a 1 stack when he hits his opponent with passive.Each stack gives +10% of Armor,Movement Speed and Magic resist(At first i didn't want to put Movement Speed too but it is extremely necessary since he is the easiest thing for assasin's.Let's not forget that he has no mobility either)The limit of his stacks is 3.

1/3 gives +10% armor 2/3 gives +10% Movement Speed 3/3 gives +10 Magic Resist

Of course everything falls to 0 by dying or using ultimate.

[Q] = Doesn't need changes

[W] = Just make the range a little bit bigger

[E] = Make it faster

[R] = Give an "after-passive".When Vel'Koz is done with his ultimate(This big amazing lazer) then he uses the stacks that he collected by gaining Movement Speed 1 Stack = 30% MS/2 Stacks = 70% MS/3 Stacks = 130%

What i basically did:

1#Took advantage of his real ability to fly. 2#Used the fact that he is from the Void. 3#Gave him some mobility in order to have proper escapes. 4#Made him balanced with all of the assasin's. 5#Took advantage of his real size.

This rework would definitely make him and fun to play amazing and balanced champion.

I don't know if there is any chance to do this rework but i do not ask credits for this :)

JUST MAKE IT HAPPEN RIOT :D
