Van'Zer, Assassin of the Void

To the person who asked earlier when I made this its own post, yes, I based it off of Vel'Koz, and I based the stats around his and Kha'Zix's, but the drawing becoming a cross between them was kind of accidental (kinda, sorta, not really...). That said, I don't expect many good reviews on this guy for the fact that he's basically the two of them somewhat crudely mixed together, but I'm still gonna post the idea.

Feel free to make any comments/suggestions (besides making the image less like Kha'Zix and Vel'Koz, because let's face it, Riot won't be using these exact champions anyways. Maybe they'll make something similar if they like the overall idea, but they won't make the exact champion, so it's not like they'll stick to the Vel'Zix idea. I will of course change the abilities if they seem too Vel'Zix-y, but I don't think the image is nearly as important).

Primary: Assassin Secondary: Mage

Health: 571.2(+86) Health Regen: 7.53(+0.65) Mana: 326.7(+43) Mana Regen: 6.87(+.6) Range: 525(Ranged) Attack Damage: 55.091(+3.121) Attack Speed: 0.665(+1.97%) Armor: 22.8(+3.3) Magic Resist: 31.0(+0.98) Movement Speed: 340

Innate: Prepare to Strike When in brush (whether hidden or seen by opponents), Van'Zer's basic attack range becomes 125(Melee), but his attack damage is increased by 20%, his attack speed is increased by 10%, and his movement speed is increased by 5%. This lasts for as long as he's in brush, and 3 seconds after leaving the brush.

Q: Mana Discharge Cost: 5/6/7/8/9 Mana per second Cool-Down: .25 seconds While active, Van'Zer will begin to discharge mana-bolts (visual is pink-ish purple electricity-like discharges) from all over his body which will inflict 2.5/3.75/5/6.25/7.5 magic damage per 0.25 seconds to all opponents within 150 units of himself.

W: Latch On Cost: 65/70/75/80/85 Mana Cool-Down: 14/13/12/11/10 seconds Van'Zer selects a target within 250 units of himself and wraps his three lower tentacles around them, stunning them for the duration of this ability and pulling Van'Zer to his target (125 units away). He cannot move from this spot and his only attack target will be the target of this ability. His attack speed will increase by 15% and his armor will decrease by 5% for the duration of this ability. This ability lasts for .5/1/1.5/2/2.5 seconds, after which Van'Zer will jump backwards 250 units.

E: Impale Cost: 75/80/85/90/95 Mana Cool-Down: 14/13.5/13/13.5/12 seconds Van'Zer selects a target and then uses his back tentacle to impale the target when it is within 200 units (he moves to close the distance), dealing 35/45/55/65/75(+15% AD) physical damage to the target. The damage increases by 25% if the target is stunned, and cool-down is reduced by 10% if this is used while Latch On is active.

R: Final Strike Cost: 120/140/160 Mana Cool-Down: 80/90/100 seconds Van'Zer uses mana to increase his speed and power dramatically, and selects a path 1025 units long and 250 units wide and flashes across it 5 times(back and forth), dealing 90/100/110(+35% AP) attack damage to all enemy units within this path each time he passes over them (this can be interrupted). He then stops and cannot move for 2 seconds (he can still activate other abilities).

I have a tendency to make abilities OP, so feel very free to tell me to change anything about these abilities. I also don't know too many champions or their abilities, so if these look too much like another champion(s)' abilities, then say so and I'll try something else.

Lore: "I suppose you all have assumed that the Void, while chaotic, was united under a common desire for the destruction of your world. Well, I can tell you that our world is far from united. Of course you've seen how we are all very willing to kill one another; that is not the division I am talking about. We are divided into what you humans might call 'factions', and our alignments are based on what we hunger for most. You have already encountered several creatures from the void. "The trachoragatherian, the one that you seem to have nicknamed 'Cho'Gath', hungered for death and destruction, and could feast upon even the greatest of prey; the kogramawran, or 'Kog'Maw', as you have taken to calling him, hungered for something to fill the black hole that it calls a stomach; and the khazrazix, or 'Kha'Zix', hungered for greater prey to make him evolve further and further. All three of these creatures are of the Voragan faction, which has a common interest in devouring every living thing in their path due to a never-ending hunger within them all. They are typically less intelligent, act on impulse or instinct, and are typically looked down upon by members of the second faction. "The second faction is the Serevan, which is composed of beings of the void that seek knowledge over anything else. You have already met our lead scientist, the serevelokoz which you have named 'Vel'Koz'. His abilities allow him to learn at a far faster rate than any of our other members. I am the faction's hit-man. I am similar to the khazrazix in that I hunger for combat knowledge; I seek great opponents that will force me to improve my techniques. However, unlike the khazrazix, I am not driven by any physical hunger, but rather a mental hunger to learn new techniques and abilities. "That is where you come in. Your species seeks knowledge, as we do. It is no wonder that you have piqued the interest of lord Vel'Koz. I came here to investigate why he might have disappeared, and now that I am here, I, too, am interested in what this world has to offer. That is why I have chosen to join you and your 'League of Legends'; to seek out your mightiest warriors and see what there is to learn from them. Why would I be so blunt about this? The factions of the void are at war with one another, and that war is slowly being dragged into your realm. Your world was never a target, but merely a new battle ground. And sooner or later, you and your people are going to have to choose sides to survive, or you will have two great armies fighting against you. Given your people's constant search for knowledge, the Serevan would be easier to work with; we would put your knowledge to better use than the Voragan, who would most likely just use you all as cattle. However, given how many more members of the Voragan faction you have accepted into your ranks, it would be very difficult to convince the leaders of the Serevan that you are aligned with them. So if you intend to join the Serevan and not become mere livestock waiting to be devoured, you must accept more of our members. "So it would be in your best interest to accept me, regardless of what my reasoning is for joining you."
