Ultimate Skin Concept - Mechlord Xerath

Hello all! Not being much of an artist, I wish I could put my idea directly on to paper, but at least I can write out my thoughts on this concept. I know we have a Mecha line of skins, Pulsefire, and a few that change/upgrade with the champion as they level up. This was something I was thinking of that could work with this concept.

At the start of the game Mechlord Xerath is deployed via drop-pod/containment cell and he bursts out. He starts out in humanoid form and glides across the battlefield with a snobby posture (not the same animation from other skins at first, until he reaches his final form). Learning and upgrading abilities will grant quick voice lines referring to newfound / lost powers regained. Using abilities will cause Xerath to momentarily generate electricity/power around himself and his hands will turn white.

Upon reaching level six, Xerath's hands and feet will permanently glow white with power, and his arms, legs, and helmet will show cracks in the suit. When he reaches level 12, Xerath will have an animation of him breaking out his arms and legs from the suit, saying the protective measures are just holding him back. Shards of metal will hover near his arms and legs afterwards (much like all the other skins), and his helmet will have a large crack/gap in the right side revealing part of his face, glowing white. He'll also have a small aura of electricity/power emanating around him. When he reaches level 16, Xerath unleashes a burst of energy, breaking free from his suit and becoming pure energy. He repurposes the suit's metal for protection in key areas, and shards of it circle around him along with streams of his power.

There will be new visual effects for his basic attacks and abilities, of course, and upon death, he staggers before he is teleported upwards to be captured once more.

I don't know if he really needs another skin like that, considering that he already has Battlecast.
