http://img2.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20110721043239/soulcalibur/images/c/ce/Sc5_pub_2d_ivy1-copy.jpg Iza is queen of Noxus’ dungeons, the whip-sword wielding torturer whose name is infamous and feared among even the most cruel and fearsome warlords. Once a military prodigy in the ranks of the Noxian army, she was dismissed by the High Command as her strangely ever-growing personal army of war prisoners was deemed too powerful. Grown tired of the innumerable weak and broken playthings she has locked away in her cells, she seeks for the strongest toys to satisfy her pleasures.

This concept is inspired by Ivy from the Soul Calibur series, but I imagine her to be a bit more... dressed. Haven't thought of any relationships or really in-depth lore yet, or any quotes at all. Any ideas? Comments, critiques, suggestions?

##Lore The guards shoved their charge to the ground of the cell with forceful heave. The man clawed at the ground away from them, quivering under his heavy breath. The door closed with a harsh creak and slam, and he lay still on the ground, his body heavy from the beatings. The filthy earth and dank dimness of the room was sickening, but he could not bring his arms to lift himself.

A voice from within the shadows of the cell called out mockingly, parched and rasp with exhaustion, “Hehe, now who do we have here? Fresh meat for the cells, eh?”

The man strained his neck to look up. Another prisoner, bulky but beaten down, hung by his chained wrists on the back wall, looked down at him with hardened eyes.

“Looks like you got off lucky. Maybe it’s because you’re such a small man, but looks like they’ve let you keep your legs for now,” the chained prisoner coughed out a chuckle. “What’re you in here for?”

The man glared at the prisoner with livid intensity, but his strength gave and his head dropped back onto the dirt floor. “What a terrible place…”

“Terrible? You call this terrible? Ha! This part of the dungeon’s the finest in all of Noxus!”

“…In Demacia, you would never…”

“Demacia?! Heavens, you’re a Demacian?! Hoo boy, then you’ve definitely gotten yourself into a terrible place!” the prisoner rattled against the wall with laughter, legs dangling. “So tell me, what brings a good little Demacian like you into the wretched heart of Noxus, huh?”

The man lay silent, his breath warming with anger.

“Ah, no matter. You don’t have to tell me your business. She’ll get it outta you soon enough, hehe,” the prisoner cackled with a wry grin. The man glanced. “Oh… you don’t know about her, do ya, Demacian?

“You know how the generals and high command run the topside, don’t you? But down here in the dungeons? Here, she’s the queen. Everyone up top’s heard of her, the legends of the Twisting Blade. They say her sword writhes about like a snake, and once she’s set her blade on you, you can’t escape. I once heard she went out alone to fight an entire legion of men and when she was done, half of them were dead and the other half were her slaves. Some say her sword poisoned with a potion of subjugation, others say it’s just cursed. With her around, only one torturer is enough for all of Noxus.”

The man had just about rolled onto his side when he heard the distant creak of another door down the hall. The sharp click of metal on stone paced towards the cell, and he felt the instant onset of dread.

“That’s her. She’s coming for you. You, they know you’re alive. But me? I’d rather hang here for eternity than end up with her!” The chained prisoner relaxed his arms and drooped his head, still as a corpse. The man urged himself up to his knees, scrambling frantically to get away from the door.

The clicking grew sharper as they drew nearer, footsteps systematically punishing the ground upon which they walked. The door flung open, and she stepped into the room with her stiletto-heeled boots. She towered over the man paralyzed in fear. Her voice resonated with a demonic cruelty, “Hm, so you’re the Demacian spy I’m supposed to interrogate.”

She approached the man cowering on the ground, letting her whip-sword snake loose to drag across the ground. She pushed him onto his back with her foot, planting the heel in the center of his chest. She bent down towards him, “I’m looking forward to our date, but you must agree that it should be a private affair, don’t you?” A flash of steel arced around her and impaled the hanging prisoner. Another flick of her wrist lashed the whip-sword around the man’s neck, all without parting her sadistic gaze.

“I-Iza…” the prisoner mumbled, entranced, as he coughed out his life-blood, stony eyes suddenly alit with a deranged yearning. He rattled against the wall, the blood bubbling in gushes out of his chest.

“Please… more… hit me again! Again!” The prisoner thrashed in his chains, trying to rip his arms out of their shackles as he screamed, calling out his killer’s name in desperate infatuation, “Iza! Iza, again! Please, do it again!”

Through the corner of his eyes, the man watched the chained prisoner’s crazed shuddering suddenly halt to a dead stillness, a smile of pure ecstasy frozen across his lifeless face. He focused back at the dominating figure above him.

She pulled him up to face her, the blades pressing into his neck as she tightened the steel noose. “Now it’s just you and me.”

“P-please… don’t kill me, please… I beg you!”

“Oh, I like it when you beg.” She pressed her heel harder into his chest as she pulled him in close, the blood just starting to trickle from his neck. “Do it again.”

Attack Speed: 0.625 (+0% – 45%)
Armor: 21.5 – 82.5 Magic Res.: 30 Mov. Speed: 330

##Kit Passives: Fluid Form Using any one of Iza’s non-ultimate abilities increase her attack range by 50 for 3 seconds and empowers her next non-ultimate ability with First Form Fluidity cast within that time. This can be chained to the second ability cast for an additional 50 unit attack range increase and to boost the next ability cast within 3 seconds to its Second Form Fluidity, but cannot be activated again for another 25 seconds. Each of her non-ultimate abilities have two forms of fluidity of increasing power, and an ability cannot be used more than once in one chain of Fluid Form.

Masochist Steel Successive basic attacks against one enemy will deal 10% less damage to a minimum of 60%, resetting only after using an ability or leaving combat with that enemy. When Iza exits combat, that enemy will receive additional magic damage equal to 20% of all damage received from Iza while previously in combat with her. Iza is considered in combat with an enemy if she has dealt damage to that enemy within the last 3 seconds.

Q: Lash Iza flails her whip-sword in a line in front of her, damaging all enemy units struck.

  • First Form Fluidity: Iza deals 50% extra damage in a broader and longer line.
  • Second Form Fluidity: After channeling briefly to wind up, Iza slams her whip-sword in a line, dealing double the damage and knocking up all enemies struck.

Physical Damage: 40/60/80/100/120 (+100% AD)
First Form Fluidity Damage: 60/90/120/150/180 (+150% AD)
Second Form Fluidity Damage: 80/120/160/200/240 (+200% AD) Cooldown: 14/13/12/11/10 seconds
Range: 750 Fluidity Form Range: 900 Cost: 60/65/70/75/80 mana

W: Groveler’s Penitence Iza sweeps her whip-sword in a cone in front of her, damaging and slowing all enemies hit.

  • First Form Fluidity: Iza leaps backwards a short distance as she sweeps in front of her in a larger cone.
  • Second Form Fluidity: After channeling briefly to wind up, Iza lashes out in a broad cone in front of her, knocking back and slowing all enemies struck.

Physical Damage: 75/125/175/225/275 (+50% AP)
First Form Fluidity Jump Distance: 350 Cooldown: 12 seconds
Range: 450 Fluid Form Range: 575 Cost: 70 mana

E: Asphyxiation Iza flings out her whip-sword in a line to form a tether with the first enemy unit hit, slowing them by 35% and dealing damage over 2 seconds. Iza cannot use her basic attacks while the tether lasts, but can recast or cast another ability to end the tether early. If the tether lasts its full duration, it snares the target for 1.5 second.

  • First Form Fluidity: Iza’s whip-sword forms a tether with the first enemy champion hit. As the tether lasts, Iza deals additional damage based on the enemy’s missing health and stuns them after its full duration or, if cancelled early, snares the target and pulls Iza half the distance towards them.
  • Second Form Fluidity: Iza flings her whip-sword out to form a tether with the first enemy champion hit, slowing and dealing additional damage based on the enemy’s missing health. When the tether lasts its full 2 seconds, Iza cracks her whip-sword, dealing damage in a 250-radius circle around the target and knocking up all enemies hit. If she ends the tether early, it will damage and knock up only the tethered enemy champion.

Physical Damage: 50/85/120/155/190 (+65% bonus AD) Fluid Form Bonus Physical Damage: 50 (+10% enemy’s missing health) Second Form Fluidity Knockup Damage: 50/85/120/155/190 (+65% bonus AD) Cooldown: 16/15/14/13/12 seconds
Range: 675 Cost: 85 mana

R: Dominate the Heavens Iza swirls her whip-sword in a long cone in front of her, pulling all airborne enemy champions towards her and slamming them into the ground for physical damage, causing them to bounce once more in the same direction. Affected enemy champions are always pulled and bounced a fixed distance, regardless of their initial distance from Iza.

For the next 5 seconds, Iza roots herself and gains a 100 unit increased attack range, increasing attack speed over 2 seconds and a basic attack on-hit effect that slows for 0.5 seconds. Recasting the ability or being interrupted will cancel the root and effects, retaining only the attack range buff.

Physical Damage: 200/300/400 (+150% bonus AD) Bonus Attack Speed: 75%/110%/145% On-Hit Slow: 45%/60%/75% Pull and Bounce Distance: 500 Cooldown: 115/90/65 seconds
Range: 950 Cost: 100 mana

##Playstyle Iza’s dominion are the solo lanes where she can freely carry out her one-on-one “dates” with the enemy. Utilizing a versatile combination-based kit, she can adapt her methods of torture to almost any situation. She thrives against enemy melee champions in particular, making use of her ranged attacks and abilities. Her unique passive, Masochist Steel, plays a vital role in winning her trades with the opponent in lane. While it may initially seem like a liability, when Iza weaves her basic attacks between abilities, the bonus damage proc is far from insignificant. It is important to remember that the bonus damage comes from both basic attacks as well as abilities, adding up to a sudden nuke if further damage is not directly applied. Expert decision making on when to disengage and let the Masochist Steel damage deal the finishing blow is crucial to effectively dominating the enemy.

Her second passive, Fluid Form, plays into Iza’s use of abilities. Stringing her abilities together in different combos is key to using her effectively, gradually strengthening each subsequent ability to lead up to Dominate the Heavens. The First Form of Fluidity for all of her abilities each give Iza a different bonus effect, but Second Form will always result in knocking the enemy airborne. As she has no other knockups in her kit, her ultimate depends on successfully completing a three-move combo.

In lane, Groveling Lash is Iza’s primary harassment ability, dealing a fair bit of damage over a decent area. The First Form of Fluidity for Beggar’s Penitence provides a small disengage in the form of a backwards dash, allowing Iza to escape from enemies that have leapt onto her. First Form for Asphyxiation provides reliable single target crowd control if drawn out, or a small gap closer for Iza if cancelled early.

Iza struggles against opponents that are fast and mobile. Since none of her abilities are targeted, successfully avoiding her abilities is the best way to weave around the Twisting Blade. Careful prediction and dodging her abilities’ Second Form of Fluidity will render her ultimate ability useless without the aid of other sources of knockup. When fighting Iza, avoiding any Second Form ability provides a reliable window of aggression, allowing enemies to quickly jump in and finish her off up close before her abilities come off cooldown.

How do you enter different Fludity forms? I don't see it clearly stated in the kit.

Hey bro, I was reading your concept again since you gave me such a good review and had an Idea I thought you might like to hear. I feel like I didn't give you the proper feedback as well, my apologies... but anyway even though you may not use it I was thinking... Shouldn't all the non-ult moves share the same CD timer? Think about it, if she's all about the Fluidity Forms, it would be real cool if all her abilities went on cooldown at the same time. So after the 1st cast, you get like 3 or 4 secs to do the 2nd, the 3 or 4 seconds to do the 3rd.... which would be 2nd Fluidity Form right? I think then (or if you just decide not to cast) should all 3 abilities go on like a 5 or 6 second cooldown so it could refresh the combo system again rather; rather than eventually having 1 or even 2 moves stuck cooling down while your trying to combo for your Ult. Also, I noticed Lash as a very high AD scaling ratio which leads me to believe this champ is a assassin and has to be somewhat squishy. I did notice however, that the W is based of AP and the E is 65% BONUS AD (Keyword Bonus) so idk how to judge the champs damage capabilities just off the numbers alone. Tell me what you think about the CD idea.

Yea bruh, Q,W,E sharing a cooldown would prob be the best bet, allowing her to enter fluidity forms anytime she's "ability-ready". If your kind if skeptical about how long or short you want them too be, here's another idea. Based of the facts I read and how you can adjust my idea.

  1. After casting an ability, Iza has 3 seconds to cast another skill (which would be 1st Form), then 3 seconds to cast again (which would be 2nd Form).
  2. So after the 1st skill is cast, (if it's not already cooldown) then there's a maximum 6 second hold time before the cooldowns start. With that being said, how about which ever last skill used is how long the Q,W,E cooldowns last. So if you end with LASH, all cooldowns go to [(x)(but for now lets say 4 seconds)]. Or, if you end off with Asphyxiation the all cooldowns are [(y)( Lets say 12 seconds)]

You can even have it so that if your E was used, then LASH is used at 1st form fluidity... and lets say someone flashed or you decided not to finish; after those 3 seconds, all cooldowns go to LASHes 4 second cooldown, just in case you need your E.

Also, if that were the case, you could even go as far as giving Q.W.E three charges per skill, and allowing any three to be pressed within the 3 charge limit so... your skills on screen would look like this Q-3, W-3, E-3.... Allowing you to LASH, LASH, Groveler’s Penitence! And each skill, no matter which is pressed, takes a charge off of all three. But maybe Im going too far. Im just trying to further your cause lol.

Also, this dude has a whole list of concepts on his post that has a lot of great creators. See if you can get some recognition.

No problem man. Now I can take part of the Idea I offered a put it in my concept.

Lol your visual. Ivy Valentine from Soul Calibur. I also like the idea of how your abilities combo into one another. I was getting ready to do a concept with a similar mechanic myself.

One suggestion i have is to change how the ult works. Make it into part of the Final Form Fluidity skill, which knocks up any nearby foes. Then does the current effect but additional effects based on what skill was the Second Form Fluidity. For Q, she does a fast circular lash that hits all foes affected by the ult for more damage. For W, the slow of the buff is doubled. For E, the attack speed is doubled.
