[Champion Concept] Ravadae, The Patroness of Agony
######A while back my friends and I were playing with themed teams because, why not. The Shadow Isles are easily the most fascinating faction to me, so it was kind of disappointing when we realized that there was no Shadow Isles marksman. Which is why I decided to make this concept. It's still in progress, but I've got most of the interesting stuff already. Now, the ideas that I put in this concept are pretty weird and different from the what are already out there, so if you have any suggestions or criticisms at all or you've got ideas for things that I'm missing (base stats, mana costs, etc.), please comment below and let me know! The horrors of torture chambers are legendary throughout Valoran, whether that be the merciless prisons of Noxus, the live experimentation in the sewers of Zaun or the agonizing cold of the Winter's Claw of the Freljord. Rumours of unimaginable torture, the twisted men that perform it and the sinister devices they use hang in fear on the tongues of fearful citizens across the land. But one story is heard time and time again, always the same no matter where in Valoran.
Every now and then, a torture chamber will suddenly be found completely devoid of life. Of course, it would be far from empty. Remnants of the prisoners would be scattered about, shredded into delicate, fleshy ribbons. The walls would be splattered with blood, the crimson flowing almost elegantly through the artistic slashes engraved in the stone. And there was always, without fail, a majestic centerpiece of the torturers themselves, impaling gashes decorating their bodies, alive and writhing in agony. What was most intriguing and horrifying was how they were held up like a living statue, pinned against one another by their wounds as if held by invisible blades. Only until they let out their final screams could they be separated. The stories were always followed by trembling whispers of the name, "Ravadae."
She is said to appear only in places of extreme anguish, where excruciating pain and suffering is abound. To some of the most twisted and cruel men, she was a goddess, a beautiful embodiment of their passion and a supernatural supporter of their art. Indeed, nothing pleased her more than the agony of the living, so to everyone else, she was a spectral legend of terror. Her elegance and sophistication may set Ravadae apart from the other undying denizens of the Shadow Isles, but the cruel and deadly precision of her knives say otherwise.

Passive: Embedding Blades
Ravadae's basic attacks embed knives into champion targets, stacking up to 5 times for champions. For every stack, Ravadae's next basic attack does an additional 5 (+ 0.6 per champion level) physical damage. Stacks begin wearing off after 5 seconds, dropping off at a rate of one stack every 1.5 seconds.
Q: Boneshard Dagger
Ravadae throws a piercing dagger in a line that initially slows by 40% for 1.25 seconds, deals physical damage and applies a stack of Embedding Blades to the first four units hit. Each successive target receives 10% increased damaged and is slowed by 5% less than the previous target.

Ravadae's next basic attack deals additional magic damage and consumes all stacks of Embedding Blades to silence the target and all surrounding champions for 0.75 seconds. The duration of the silence is extended by 0.25 seconds for every stack of Embedding Blades on the target for a maximum of 2 seconds.

Ravadae conjures a storm of spectral knives around her, gaining bonus attack speed. When active, every basic attack on an enemy champion is followed by a procession of spectral knives equal to the number of Embedding Blades stacked on the target, each dealing physical damage. For the first 5 seconds, enemy champions near Ravadae takes magic damage over time and have a stack of Embedding Blades applied each second.

##Playstyle
Ravadae thrives in bot lane as an all-in type knife-throwing marksman, focusing primarily on aggressively wreaking havoc on her lane opponents in constant fights. Her Phase Walk allows her to follow up on skirmish engages, safely allowing her to get in range of her targets, while the slowing effect from her Boneshard Dagger allow her to plant multiple Embedding Blades in her enemies. Since her basic attacks grow increasingly more powerful and deadly on a single target, she excels in drawn out duels and effectively shreds high health tanks and fighters. During team fights, her primary goal is to whittle down the enemy front line from a safe distance by making use of her passive ability before descending in horrific beauty on the enemy team for cleanup, using Cries of Pain and Funeral March of the Blades to effectively transform the opponent into a bloody masterpiece.
When roaming, Ravadae’s high damage output can rapidly down a squishy opponent, transforming her into an effective assassin. At higher ranks, her Phase Walk allows her to cover distance very quickly, drifting into range to shred apart a squishy target with Funeral March of the Blades. If she encounters a fighter that would normally jump onto any other marksman, her excellence in prolonged fights as well as careful use of Phase Walk, Boneshard Dagger and Cries of Pain allow her to kite long enough to decimate her attacker.
Because of her need to land multiple basic attacks, however, Ravadae is particularly susceptible to other assassins and burst mages. Should she be disabled, the delicate fragility of her appearance shows through. While she does have tools at her disposal to get her out of danger, her naturally low health and resistances leave her extremely vulnerable when focused.
