[Champion Suggestion] Ooze: The Plague Bringer

Hey guys, GrimFreak again. I know it has been a long time since my last post, school and stuff tends to get in the way. Anyways, I have a new champion to bring to your attention. I have thought long and hard, looking over the various champions and I think I have something interesting... Well, not as interesting as the new Ekko character, that's some epicness right there.
Ooze: The Plague Bringer
Lore: the Shadow Isles where not always dark. Long before they were twisted by malice it was a peaceful place. That is no longer. It is now a place filled with the things of the dark, where evil is bred and spread like the seeds of a tree. One of these many seeds is Ooze, a creature born from the muck, risen by dark and unknown power. It hungers for life, it wishes to do harm, it desires to consume the goodness in the world. If only such a being could have been contained to the Shadow Isles. Sadly, this is not the case. There have been reports in Kaladoun of a mysterious plague spreading like fire throughout the North, of rivers turned black with sludge, and entire villages left devoid of life. To make matters worse, there have been rumors of a being made of plague and death, a thing that cannot be killed, moving south. The Demacians have yet to release this information to the general public, wishing to avoid panic, but it remains a troubling concern for the council. Beware Runeterra, the plague bringer has risen.

Appearance- Ooze is basically humanoid but is composed of black sludge and naturally moves in an unstable, almost fluid manner. Eyes and mouth glow red. Face changes but it normally resembles a human skull with sharp, jagged looking teeth.
Classification: Unsure, possibly mage, or maybe a fighter, open for discussion
Attack Damage: 5
Defense: 4
Ability Power: 7 or maybe 8
Speed: decent
Difficulty: moderate maybe
Strengths: His attacks and abilities poison enemies Good at keeping enemies away from him Good at controlling the lane lot's of escape options
Weaknesses: Physically weak Mostly mana dependent
Abilities: Passive: Patient Zero Ooze's basic attack has a chance to infect an enemy champion. This causes damage over time. This infection lasts a short period of time and will spread to any minions, monsters or enemy champions that they make contact with. Enemy champions who have recently been infected by Ooze or infected champion are briefly immune and cannot be infected again for a duration of time.
Basic Attack: Ooze swipes at enemies with his arms
Q Ability: Corrupt Ooze launches a sludge missile. this a skill shot and deals damage on impact and poisons enemies. has a chance to infect enemy champions. leaves a puddle of sludge on the ground that slows enemies and poisons them.
W Ability: Pollute Ooze spays toxic sludge in a target direction, damaging enemies and poisoning them. Sludge will remain on the ground for a brief duration and will poison/slow enemies that walk through it, much like Ooze's Q ability. chance to infect enemy champion
E Ability: Defile Ooze explodes outward, dealing mild damage and knocking enemies away from him. Ooze does a small amount of damage to himself while casting this. random puddles of sludge land on the ground around him when he explodes. chance to infect enemy champion
R Ability: Plague of Death Ooze intensifies the severity of his disease, dealing massive damage to all infected champions within target circle around Ooze
