NEW SUPP MECHANIC (NEVER BEFORE SEEN)!!!!

Ok picture a support with the time theme like ekko and zilean BUT!!!! heres the kuul mechanic......HE CAN SET A ZONE ON THE GROUND.....and this zone will DELAY harmful spells and abilities by a sec or 2; for example if a brand were to ulti u, u would get hit by the ulti but the damage wont come in until 1-2 sec later...oooor (if its possible to code...) have harmful abilities also delayed like if a vayne were to shoot u bak into a wall u wouldn't get pushed back until 1-2 sec this abiliy sounds fun and a challange to master which is good unlike the new champs ability which is a lane wide and auto sets a XL dps zone 4 u
