I'd buy it.
Carrying a big shield like that, the skin makes itself. As a very regular Braum player but not a Braum skin buyer, I would definitely go for this kind of thing. I personally find his current extra skins... eh.
He could even yell "freeze!" when launching a Q. Also if he has a shield like the SWAT Braum picture, the lights on his shield should turn on while his E is active.
The shame is that afaik, about half of the police skins are "RIOT" skins which are only ever a special limited thing :( e.g. Riot Kayle, Riot Blitz
Even better idea: Braum Cena. Too bad we already have a wrestling Braum. We need a braum skin where if he gets a kill, he does the "you cant see me" animation at the deceased :P
