NEW CHAMP, (BEST PRO SKILL LVL CHAMP EVER!!)

i was just re watching sum DBZ when it came to me!!! y not have a Cell-like champ...

• just like in the show this champ will start off as a squishy assassin type champ who needs to absorb other peoples bio energy to fuel his evolution to achieve his perfect form.... every time he absorbs an enemy champion's life energy, he will grow stronger and eventually transform when he has enough energy (gaining new abilities) ... he will have 3 forms starting with his base form (squishy assassin with mobility) and his second form which is some sort of ranged harass like ezreal (but more tanky and less dps) , and his third form which will be his perfect form where he is like a bruiser type dps (not full tank unless he builds it)
