New Summoner Spell - Delivery

  • Select 2 special consumable items of choice. Delivered to inventory after 4 seconds. If no items slots available potions will be consumed upon delivery.

When this summoner is used it will open up a mini shop menu which you can buy the items. It can be interrupted if you take damage, so you want to use this while you know you are safe. I think this could be used by almost every champion effectively. It also provides a lot of options if used properly making it a meaningful ability.

Special consumables shop: -Control Ward 75G -Health Vial: restores 15% missing health over 4 seconds. 50G -Mana Vial: restores 15% missing mana over 4 seconds. 50G -Raptor Wing: gain 8 - 40 adaptive stats based on level for 60 seconds. 100G -Skuttle Juice: Reduce incoming damage by 10% for 30 seconds. 100G -Moonvile Root: Permanently gain 15 health and 4 adaptive force. 150G -Sunbloom: Permanently gain 15 health and 5 armor and magic resist. 150G

the Scuttle Juice should increase movement since that is what rift Scuttle does. but still a good idea

Pretty sure Moonvile would be spammed... You could potentially get 10 per game.

I think the only, stable way this could function is if it only ever delivers 1 type of item, like a type of potion.

Having you pick and choose would not only overly complicate the shit out the GUI even more than it can be, it's just too convoluted for what summoner spells are supposed to be. They're simple, basic abilities, and a shop where you select items is not simple or basic.
