Some thoughts I had.

.) Karin's Passive similarly sounds like Braum's Passive.

.) When you said "Karin is upgrading her sword for 5 seconds", does that mean she isn't allowed to move for 5 seconds in order to fully complete the upgrading? Or, does it mean that she can't use her basic attack for 5 seconds until her sword is completely upgraded? Or, both? Or, oR, OR, None of the above? Please explain.

.) I like the concept of the W as there is an eventful trade; however, I think placing unit collision costs should be properly addressed. For example, she collides with a non-champion she loses 2% of her HP but if she collides with enemy champions she loses 5% of her HP.

.) Since this is an Assassin that can be played as a Tank, I would suggest adding another use for her W. Make it so that when she collides with a maximum of 1 ally she gains 5% of her missing health either as a shield or as a form of HEAL. In doing so You can make her Role a bit like this: Primary Role: Assassin Secondary Role: Fighter Tertiary Role (But not a form of Meta as it is in her kit): Tank

.) Hold on. So now I've just read Karin's E and it's making me think that Her primary role should just be Support. Think of it! An AD Support! I could already imagine Caitlyn or Vayne duoing on Bot Lane pawning Jinx and Blitzcrank or Ashe and Alistar.

.) OKAY. Everything seems fine now. Wait. THAT ULT! OMG, she has to be a F' SUPPORT! She uses Mana and HP as resource in order to weaken the enemy. Imagine a clash with her blades touching almost every enemy champion with a Shyvana on your team. With the two of you, you've just weakened the enemies' armor and damage. You have the upper hand.

.) Now that I think of it. This champ might actually be OP when her details are done right. :)

.) Also, don't forget the lore. Having a great idea for a champion always has to have a background information to why she has acquired such skills.

Anyway, I do hope you consider some or all of these suggestions and/or opinions I gave. :)
