Why no one play seriosly in the normal games

I stop play ranked because i always have to carry players who lose their lane. Well the normal is even bad. Meeting peoples that says : It's normal, Who cares, I go troll, and a lot of sh*ts like this. And today in the pick the mid wanted from our top to pick Tank champ. And he sayed : normal games - you test champs or troll. Seriosly ? Am i the only one who think it's stupid. Because if you aren't lvl 30 you have to play normal and to meet only trollers or something squishy. Am i the only one who care for the normal games as many as ranked ? And i start think riot don't care too. I have accounts in EU West and EU Northic and East. In both servers - troller or afk. I start think this is global >_<.

Um, norms is a place where people try out different champions and such. I think you over-exaggerate how much pure "trolling" there is, as opposed to different champion builds and trying new tactics and not doing well. If you don't try at all during norms, that's wrong, but if you do poorly because you tested a certain champ/build/position, then there's no fault in that. But as an overall statement, normals don't matter nearly as much as ranked.

ya i would love to be able to block people like that so if i que and end up with them it just removes me from group

Well, you have to remember that this is a game, not solely a competition. If you're interested in playing competitively, by all means play ranked, but for those of us (and this includes me) who simply want to play a game and not worry about having to put 1000% effort and thus enjoy none of the actual game, we stick to normals. If you want to play normals as competitively as you play ranked, I suppose you can gather some friends that have the same mindset and play some custom 5v5s, otherwise you'll have to stick to ranked or hope for more try-hards in normals if you want competitive play.
