Its not evident to see why pros are pros, in real sports u can see how the players move differently than someone who plays soccer for example, in league activating an ability looks the same if its from someone who plays it for the first time or an pro. The details of plays of a pro team is hard to recognize since its only seen against another pro team. With having games against teams of all kinds of elo this can be recognized clearer.

To 'balance' (less stomping) it u can have handicaps depending on the elo of the team. For example vs an bronze team the pro team gets told what champions to choose or that can be picked limiting to 10, for silver to 14, for gold 18, etc.

The casual team player names can stay anonymous to avoid broadcasting conflicts and the players can be asked if they want to and are over 18 etc. and maybe have two casual teams ready in case one runs into problems and the second gets to play the following game/ day. If the casual team wins they get riot points or riot merch.
