slow mode for less committed players

Leagues fast paced gameplay makes it hard for someone who doesn't or didn't play similar video games for a long time keeping up decently. Someone new or knowledgeable about the game but not wanting to put in as much time it may be underwhelming knowing how unfirm he can perfom, as example in a teamfight just hitting the nearest opponent not being aware of what the other four enemy champions are doing. Even in a 1 v 1 good repositioning takes concentration and effort. Reducing the overall game speed to a half or a third will loosen the requirement of fast mechanics and make the player comprehend what he's doing in detail and understand what he did afterwards, instead of lacking intense mechanics not having sidestepped while doing damage. The map summoners rift wouldn't suit for the game mode as it would be too big and moving around would take long. Even twisted treeline would still be too big. A 3 v 3 map with 2 lanes 3 turrets on each side, a nexus turret and one for each lane, maybe not even jungle camps would maybe suit. There's the discrepancy between fast paced games and other activities growing in importance as one grows older like learning or refined calmly thinking. Reading an educative book is a slow process, which makes it difficult transitioning to fast paced games after learning. Someone who grows older may take distance of league if he played or not get into it knowing the time it would take to be decent at it. If the gameplay would be less about fast action and ingrown mechanics, but let the player think more it would maybe attract older new and casual players which seek an real time strategically action game. The map would look like this: https://imgur.com/a/BvIHK https://imgur.com/a/4Lrh3
