Make it happen Riot Games, Also please do give amazing skins to the champions who deserve it, Its not cool how some champions haven't gotten skins for years, I get that you do release skins for the most popular champions for great business but you are also leaving yourself a bad name with this tactic, The word gets around more & more as time passes about how some champions haven't gotten a skin for years while Ahri or a lot of other champions have gotten amazing skins more & more, Its just depressing really, You have to respect your entire playerbase, Even if the players who main the low pick rate champions are the minority, They still deserve some love & respect.
