[CHAMPION CONCEPT] Logan, Dragons' soul

Logan is a 20 year old guy. What you See there are some cringy drawings of his special feature. A half seperate dragon is floating next to his head. The dragon is a Part of his kit. Logan wears brown clothes and allways has a serious Look.

BASICS Logan is designed for the midlane with a 400 attack range (the dragon bites and he moves his hands) and he scales of . The low range compensates with high burst and consistent dmg. A BIG PART OF HIS KIT IS: his Form to change the element of the dragon Nest to his shoulder by interacting with an elemental dragon.
ABILITIES
Passive Elemental Dragons: using W on an elemental Dragon (all 3) will start gaining his Soul. This procress will take 3 seconds and it will gain the buff Fire element, Wind element, Water element, or Earth element. You start the game with a random element wich of Course can be canged. Using this on baron will give you a buff for only one spell (!) called Barons Call. This will instantly give you your ult that now shoots a purple, laser Kind of beam. After this your normal ult with either be up or on the cd it used to be if it wasnt up. Numbers of Barons Call: Cast time 1 seconds. Range 2000, gets wider the longer it is to the end, (not that its not instantly there like lux ult. more like viktor e but a bit faster), cooldown: 5 minutes, Dmg: 350,500,650 (0.8 scaling).
Q-Flames of awe (edgy:^)) Logan and his dragon channel up a flamebreath (logan just with magic). While doing that he can move and it only channels 1.5 seconds. After channel, a fire (Water,wind,earth) beam is Release from him dealing dmg. Fire: the beam tickes up to 7 times and lasts longer. Water: the beam tickes up to 4 times and slows. Earth: the beam ticks once and deals massiv dmg but channels 2 seconds. Wind: tickes up to 10 times in a small distance and it speeds you up. Cooldown: Fire, earth and wind: 10,9,8,7,6 Water: 4 seconds **Dmg and scaling:**Fire: 15,20,27,35,45 0.2 ap scaling. water: 20,30,45,65 0.4 ap scaling earth: 100,150,200,250,300 0.6 ap scaling. wind: 10,14,20,27,35 0.15 ap scaling Mana: 50,55,60,65,70
W: Dragons Call: Logan and his Dragon fire fire (earth wind water) ball(s) in an arc at the targeted Location. Fire: fires 3 balls in a row dealing dmg and leaving a burning field on the ground for 4 seconds dealing dmg. if it hits the middle of the ball it tuns for 1 seconds. Wind: fires 5 balls in a quick row stunning the enemy if they are hit with the Center for 0.5 seconds. leaving a ground that Speeds you up. Water: fires 2 balls in a row leaving a big field that slows the enemy. if hit with the Center theyre stunned for 1 second. the field of water thats left heals you over time. Earth: Shoots 3 balls (Little more clunky) in a row leaving a field that does dmg in a dot (like morgana w) cause of spiky stones. if they are hit with the Center it will stun them for 1.5 seconds. Mana: 80 at all ranks. This ability works similar to xeraths ult but you can move and cast spells while doing it.
E: Burst: Logan charges Forward in a straight line. It gets canceld if you collide with an enemy or when you cancel it. He jumpes off at the end leaving an aoe Explosion. Fire: simply doing it with good dmg ^ your next Auto will also gain Bonus Magic dmg and aoe Wind: Stays in the air for a seconds in the end going untargetable, then landing dealing dmg. your next 2 Autos will deal Bonus Magic dmg and aoe. Those 2 will fly in a quick row. Water: deals a bigger aoe dmg at the end and slows the enemys hit. your next 2 Autos will deal Bonus Magic dmg in an aoe. those will give you some sweet mana :^) Earth: the end jump is a bit delayed but deals more dmg shattering the ground. That field will give the enemy the debuff grounded and slows them. your next Auto will deal allot of dmg in an aoe but your attackspeed is decreased for that. Mana: 60,65,75,85,100
R: Soul of the Dragon: The dragon next to Logans shoulder becomes big (like in the cringy drawing) and gets the following things a autoattack range of 700 (those autos arme similiar the dragon ones), movespeed and some ap (got rid of the idea with small changes for the abilities): Numbers: Cooldown: 120,100,80 Dmg Per R-Auto and Charge times: Fire: 50,80,120 (0.5) recharge: 2 seconds. Wind: 30,60,100 (0.2) recharge 1 second. Water: 50,80,120 (0.4) recharge: gives you mana and health back (30,50,100 health; 20,40,80 mana) Earth: 70,150,250 (0.6) recharge: 3.5 (im not to sure if those numbers are to low. if the turn out to be theyll deall true dmg. (lol)) Bonus AP: 30,45,60 Movespeed: 15%,20%,25% (note that this lasts all the time its aktive). Lasting for: 12 seconds, 15 seconds, 20 seconds.
