Fixing AZIR

SOO... Azir or favorite emporer is defently in a weird spot right now. The reasons are obvious: hes (was) is way to strong in competitive. WHY?? He has everything. High range consitent dmg, peel, engage, burst dmg, capcloser and hes just fking annoying right? Obviously he had to be nerfed but now he is at a Point where hes somewhat useless (specially in ranked 40% winrate is not the way to go). How can he be fixed then?

Azir was allways my go to Champion and i really liked him but to take him a good spot we have to take what will come.

How about, You take some of his range and put this strenght into his e. After the knockup of the e got removed it allways just felt like an abilitie you would use to Shuffle. ofc the shield is nice but.. its what you should deserve for going meele as an range hypercarry. So make his: Still give him the shield AND leaving the enemy with a mark that will deal extra Magic dmg for the next Sand Solider attack for some extra all in potential.

Also how about you remove the Bonus AS from W and make hit when hitting q it gives him a small burst of AS. Due to the now lower range it would be fairer then just flat super Long range consitent AS and it would give the q more Impact on azirs kit.

Remove the Stacking System of azirs w but make it Shorter CD. Since this would be kinda bad in the early game how about you drop a soldier and then when you get your seconds soldier the other one gets a bit refreshed and stays longer. This way its more reliable for consitant dmg and you dont have to worry for going out of soldies that easy. I think this is ok due to the lower range.

SO i have no idea if this would help at all but this gives him the Intention to be a reliable battle mage with even some assasin burst potential on medium range. This changes make him relay on hitting his e or q. If you miss youre kinda fked but when you do hit them its rewarding. What do you think should be added or what removed from this? IS it a good idea? I dunno

I noticed the lack of mobility reduction ideas :p

You just can't have high dmg, high mobility, and safety/utility in one kit. My vote is give him his hyper carry damage and range but reduce that mobility. Game has too many high mobility champs as is.
