For new Players
Don't you think new players should have all champions available for one week? They could Look for champions they like, what they should save ip for and it would keep the interest in game.

That would be very overwhelming for a new player. I think it is fine to just leave it for the free rotation.
I think they would never get to play them all. The current rotations are fine.
I think having all the champs listed in front of them at the start can be a bit overwhelming for new players, especially since some of them are more mechanically challenging to play and accidentally picking one of them can end up in a negative experience for them.
If I remember right you now get to unlock ashe and garen on the new player hextech box that everyone gets, which is a fair start for them since both are not difficult to start playing as, especially against bots/AI
garen you just spin to win and ashe is the basic "move speed debuff" archer that makes it easier to get kills for ranged champs since most won't know how to kite/orbwalk/animation cancel so the slow helps them just right click to kill, W to harass lane, and R for easy stun. Wish they included annie in that pack as the easy starter mage.
actually i think it would be cool if riot maybe had a rotating game mode where its just blind pick summoners rift but with all champions unlocked for everyone.
that way it would happen for everyone, it would be a different queue, and everyone could have a bit of fun.
