I want a champion who can jungle and tame monster creeps.

Just so I can shout in /all chat,

"Cry 'havoc!,' and let slip the dogs of war" as the Murk Wolves chase my enemies.

that sounds interesting, but how would it work? would you sacrifice your jungler's ability to farm, or would you (if you were the jungler) have little to no cs due to this mechanic?
