It has now been two patches since Devourer was replaced by Bloodrazor, and we have not seen hide nor hair of Ghost Dog.

Personally I am surprised they didn't make the ghost dog replace the wandering spirit ward from smiting wolves. I think it would be rather neat and fitting.

He's in a graveyard along with SQ. In the graveyard also lie many things that didn't make it into the game. For example, Derp Queue, the original name of Dynamic Queue, which was discarded for being too truthful.
