Who says she has no skin concepts? Just googling, 'Rek'Sai skin concepts' shows that isn't true. Riot just aren't making them for her.

Yeahh... there are much better concepts. Easily could go Mech or Arclight, or Deep Sea or Jurassic. Dark Star is even an option. There are TONS of possibilities. And with only Eternum and Pool Party I'd rather not get another "funny" skin.
