(Poll is down below)

#After Mount Targon secured their place in the finals, the Shadow Isles try and take on the Void for a place in the finals. https://imgur.com/EQWhyLx

In every match, champions are given an individual tier based on how powerful they are lore-wise (in-combat). These tiers are not official and should only serve as a way to see who would probably be the most powerful champions, so do not take them too seriously. https://imgur.com/qVxiwod

#TEAM SHADOW ISLES: Once known as the Blessed Isles, the land that is now recognized as the Shadow Isles is home to undead sorcerers, hordes of ghouls, mighty fallen warriors and powerful beasts. https://imgur.com/h8GcZkh https://imgur.com/f3pZeo1

#TEAM VOID: It consumes, it grows and it adapts. The Void is a manifestation of what lie within; it's an ever-growing place where are found some of Runeterra's most dangerous monsters and alien-like creatures. For the sake of this tournament, every Void champion (whether they fight the Void or are one of it's monsters) have allied. https://imgur.com/mZHmiTI https://imgur.com/vnF7Ih7

Wait I just realised that Shadow Isles have ghouls and undead, meaning the Void can't consume them because they are undead. Also when a Void creature dies in the Shadow Isles it Will become part of it, meaning the Shadow Isles have the advantage of assimilation and the Void does not in this case. Also Mordekaiser can take control of the most powerfull Voidlings such as Vel'Koz. Can I change my vote to Shadow Isles I voted before I thought more?

Shadow Isles

  • undead (undead voidlings?)
  • weaker troops, but makes up with numbers Void
  • no two voidlings are the same
  • corrupting forces
  • lack of a real leadership

what makes this for me is the universe blip that says that the main way to stop the void is to starve it of either magic or "food" ie living things. The Shadow Isles are coated with magic from the black mist. so the main thing that stops the void is simply not possible once it attacks the Isles themselves.

Hmmm that's actually closer than one might think since consuming ghosts is quite a though thing...

I would do a detailed thoughts-box/brainstorm on every champ and their individual prowess like I did for the last round but I'm tired rn, but if you want I could.

Natural Death Magic vs Corruption. Put simply, The Isles and many of it's denizens have the ability to claim the souls of who/whatever crosses their way and dies this would most likely include the living, albeit alien, creatures of the void, but to be more exact, Malzahar, Kassadin and Kai'sa are easy targets to be killed and manipulated post-death (MordekaiserYorickKarthusKalista?)

At the same time, the void has a similar power to corrupt and disfigure those who come in contact with it physically and mentally. Though, this corruption may aid in breaking down their physical forms the void(mainly malzahar) can only touch the minds of the few living-ish denizens of the Isles.

In my mind, even if the void bois(and 2 girls) DO physically beat the Shadow Isles Squad, their ability to control souls, even from un-death-death(Karthus) leaves the void bois(and 2 girls) at a loss as their own forces could turn against them in addition to other souls.

Question is: Do void beings even have souls?

In the sense of this battle I say that the Isles would win, however in the sense of the war, the Void corruption would win hands-down if it ever stretched to the Shadow isles and consumed the land and it's death--magic at it's source.

I feel like the Black Mist would be a major advantage.. There's also the fact that Hecarim has spectral riders to charge alongside him, which means they are probably unaffected by the Void corruption, as are most spirits. And even if the fight wasn't happening on the Isles, Yorick's cape is made of the Mist, so he could easily harness it's power.

Both the Mist and the Void are plagues, but when facing each other, my money is on the undead, spirits and giant living trees.

What is Kassadin in the "Likely Immortal" tier? Doesn't he need the suit just to stay alive? If anything, Malzahar should be far more powerful than him

Again Malzahar takes down the bigger threats here on his own, as for the rest either Chogath stomp or velkoz blasted

Khazix takes down Elise, Mao and Yorick since they are alive

I know I always voted for Shadow Isles cause they Overpower by outnumbering but that just can't work here cause the void is too strong
