#I have time to waste Hey there! I found myself bored and decided to make a size comparison with the 140 champions League currently has. Every single champion has either been scaled according to their lore, splashart or some kind of lore-related animation they had. Some champions were tricky (I found no information on Maokai so I scaled his leaves with the size of Ivern's leaves, ... ) but I think I did well enough. Here are the results!

#Why are there 4 different images? I didn't want it to be too cramped, so I decided id make 4 individual size comparisons. I used Aurelion's eye as a background because I had no background. In alphabetical order, first image has Aatrox-Gragas, second has Graves-Maokai, third has Master Yi-Swain, fourth has Syndra-Zyra. Every Image has 35 champions, excluding the background Aurelion as an extra for images 2-3-4.

#Fun facts

  • Annie, Zoe and Taliyah have big heads.
  • Anivia, Ornn and Volibear are big because they are demi-gods.
  • Amumu has no friends.
  • Rek'sai is bigger than Cho'gath.
  • Cho'Gath, Kha'zix and Zac don't have an exact size.

I like it, although I think you way over estimated Rek'sai's size. In her pre-release trailer it shows her dorsal fin... blade.. thing, to be roughly the same size as a the camel they are riding. Which would make her not that much larger than Skarner. I also feel like malphite should be closer to galios size, as his splash art is more humanly proportioned that his in game model, and the person in his splash hanging on for dear life is roughly the half the size of 1 of his fingers.

And as an extra note Cho'gath could probably scale anywhere from alistar size to galio size depend on his feasts. He really needs new lore though.

I actually had a Rioter confirm Rek'Sai's size: she is large as "a small T-rex, mammoth, whale shark, large but not huge"

yeah thinking about it i might of messed up on her. It's really tough judging the size of the champions tho, it'd be great if Riot would release a sizing chart for every LoL champion there is.

You got me. He's very tricky since he has stars going around him but they seem to rather be big fire balls. I assumed he wasn't further away from the people in the following pic than 1mile/1.6 kilometer. https://imgur.com/rkymJuV

I actually calculated this. He's roughly a mile high, from belly to tip of head, and he is roughly 2.3 miles long in total.

Calculated like this: His star in his trailer starts out about twice as high as a tatgonian spear, which is observable when it passes through the spears former location.

The star than reaches his hand at which point it condenses and then increases to around ten times its initial size.

It is now 1/3 the length of his hand.

From bottom of belly to tip of head is roughly 10 hands.

The spear is a targonian spear which Panth wields and its roughly 1.5 times his height.

Panth is probably about 6 feet.

So Aurelion is: 6*2*1.5*10*3*10 6*2*1.5*3*100 6*2*1.5*300 6*1.5*600 3600*1.5 5400 feet

Thats just over a mile.

I always assumed kha just adapted, rather than physically grew. As for cho, he has an upper limit on size in game (unlike zac). Did you use his splash as a reference to his size for the picture?

Yeah I wasn't quite sure what size to scale Cho'gath and I tought id just make him massive because that's how everyone knows him, so I based it on the splashart. His mouth in the splashart isnt quite as opened as the model, but it still could easily eat a human whole so I just made him a little bit larger.

Altough Kha'zix's lore is much more focused on his ability to adapt and evolve, it says ''The Void grows, and the Void adapts—in none of its myriad spawn are these truths more apparent than Kha’Zix'' so I believe he not only adapts, but also gets bigger. At the beginning of it's story, it says Kha'zix feasted on small animals, I think that means he was very tiny at that time but I might be misinterpreting the his lore.

His lore also referenced him being more grublike when he first emerged from the void, and then he evolved up to where he is now as he hunted more stuff

Though where he is now is roughly the size of Rengar

I laughed when i noticed Aurelion's eye in the background. Why is Trundle that big however? also i believe Nautalis to Be MUCH bigger than a regular human, that's an anchor he's holding and while the new dawn animation may not be Entirely canon i believe it was semi reliable in terms of size.

Personally i like the idea that his current form is constructed out of nearby sunken ships by the black ooze that has become a symbiote with him, he needs his lore patched up.

Here's a page of a comic Riot posted on facebook a couple of weeks ago. It shows Olaf fighting Trundle, and there are also dead corpses in Trundle's splashart if you look closely enough.

Nautilus is basically just a regular human that was in a diving suit (his huge ass armor is a diving suit) and he was drowned and corrupted by evil stuff... So yeah he's an evil diving suit-armor thing. Also, anchors are surprisingly small compared to what you might think, I was surprised when I first noticed it.

well but in a new dawn https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vzHrjOMfHPY you can see nautilus like twice as big as someone like ahri or graves but in your pic he seems just a head taller.

Also if Trundle si that big it is fair to assume i suppose that Nunu (or basicly willup the yeti) is as big too. That would make nunu a nearly normal sized human but cause ingame limitations as nunu looks like a child on a snow bear instead of a half man on a big snow beast.

Gragas boning Ahri lul You should include mega Gnar as well! So cute. Also, Amumu alone in the corner [sg-janna] You should also skip Rakan or Xayah from one picture and put them together.

Nautilus is too small. I doubt Sona is the same height as Swain (I know she's floating, I mean actual height), I doubt Lux is as tall as Lucian, Jax is confirmed to be extremely large (I would think 7 feet?) and Illaoi is a lot larger than what she is here (she is a big, strong woman who towers over people and carries around a giant gold sphere).

Besides my unbased complaints about Shen's height (I always imagined him at 6'2 because of how robust he is), I don't think there's much else to say other than good job!

I based most of the humans hight on their heads. Head size doesn't vary much, so that's why Shen isn't very tall, I didn't want him to have a huge head, but then again Riot's in-game models are not always the best in therms of proportions. I made Sona that high because I tought her legs were much smaller than the actual robe she's wearing. You are right about Nautilus tho, I overnerfed him. Thanks for the feedback, im thinking about making a better version with every size much more accurate and ill take your complaints into account! [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

what exactly makes trundle that big? just wondering. everything else seems pretty much as accurate as can be i think.

Trundle and Volibear really are that big, but I realised after being done with this I messed up big time on Rek'Sai! Here's a more accurate representation of Rek'Sai's size.

The leg you see is Galio's! He so much more massive than one might expect. Nautilus is in the 3rd pick, in between Nami and Nasus. Him and Rek'Sai are the two champions I really messed up, ill probably make a much more accurate size comparison in the near future.

Also, Malphite had to be centered on his groin to show just how massive it is.

I assumed that Volibear would be the size of, well, a bear, rather than some monstrosity that happens to be bigger than a tree.

Nautilus is significantly bigger than this picture, as we see in the A New Dawn cinematic that he's significantly larger than the entire human cast (at least 3-4 times taller than the average human and 6-7 times wider).

Volibear, being a demi god just like Ornn, is around as big as Ornn, who is massive as we can see with the owl on his horn in his splashart.

I think rek'sai's either a little smaller or Ornn's a little bigger alongsidea his siblings. I never really thought Rek'sai would match them in size and I thought that rek'sai was specifically describrd as "big as a house"

I realised I overbuffed Rek'Sai quite a bit after being done with the pics(She's around the size of a T-Rex/ Mammoth according to Rioters). I made a much more accurate size comparison of Void champions if you'd like to check her reviewed size.

I think you've over-estimated the size of Rek'sai compared to Ornn, I also think Zac is smaller than he should be. Besides those opinions, awesome job, very cool.

You're right with Rek'Sai, I learned after I was done making this I made her much too big. Zac, on the other hand, grows as he gets more slime and gets smaller as he losses some, he has no official size.
