I personally think that Illaoi should be bigger, at least slightly. In Shadow and Fortune, she's described as "a giant of a woman" as well as "towering": https://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/site/shadow-and-fortune/chapter-1.html#part-1

Not sure about Nautilus, but even considering that his version in A New Dawn might not be his canon size, I still imagine he'd be bigger than this. Unless there's a lore piece I missed that confirms or at least suggests otherwise.

nice, pretty sure the yordles are gonna be identical in size outside of the mounted ones though
