I personally think that Illaoi should be bigger, at least slightly. In Shadow and Fortune, she's described as "a giant of a woman" as well as "towering": https://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/site/shadow-and-fortune/chapter-1.html#part-1

Not sure about Nautilus, but even considering that his version in A New Dawn might not be his canon size, I still imagine he'd be bigger than this. Unless there's a lore piece I missed that confirms or at least suggests otherwise.

I don't know man, Illaoi is a woman, and considering woman are usually less tall than men (feminazis incoming), I think making her as tall as the man in the pick ok? You might be right tho.

Nautilus is really confusing. In one story, Riot describes him as a man in a diving suit, in the other, as a titan of the depths so I kinda went in-between.

Tahm Kench isn't here because he's not part of Bilgewater according to https://universe.leagueoflegends.com/en_US/regions/. He's just from Runeterra in general. He's going to be quite though to scale because of his hat. I can't make him too large or there's no way the hat used to be owned by a human, and I can't make him too small or there's no way he can eat humans..
