Talon E name-change: Shadow Pilfer

Or something to that effect.

Talon started as a thief, he graduated to an assassin.

He no longer picks pockets, he picks shadows. ;o

Pilfer drives home the thief origin.

The idea would be he is stealing his target's shadow which temporarily disconnects them from the physical plane(slowing them - or, rooting them for the duration may make more sense and still can proc his passive;)
