I think it would be a cool Idea for borders and splash arts to be animated.
Maybe we could earn them with a certain amount of wins per champion? If you've played hearthstone you know what I mean.
Maybe borders could have an animated shine, because my gold border just feels yellow.
In this video at like 22 seconds in, the splash arts are animated. This would be awesome.
