How I'd Fix Zoe

Zoe seems like a pretty cancerous champ to everyone that faces her, these are my ideas to making her less so :D

Passive: Zoe's passive is fine, nobody really has an issue with it so i think it should say the same.

Q: Zoe's q is basically what people will refer to when they say she's a cancerous champion. I think you should lower the damage it does, greatly increase the cooldown, but make it deal bonus damage based off missing hp, so that she doesn't blow people up but can satisfyingly execute people.

W: Zoe's w is very interesting and cool, but i think the rng aspect should just be removed from it. Have it be that whenever she kills a champion or 5 minions, Zoe a cast of her WHEEE instead of some random ass item that could basically win her the lane. Also reduce its damage

E: this change is the most insane, but I think Zoe's E should be swapped with her ulti. Now that her e would be portal jump, make portal jump increase her damage output temporarily to make her kit slightly cleaner.

R: The reasoning I have for suggesting that Zoe's ulti should be the sleepy touble bubble is because the main issue with zoe is that her potential to blow up a target isnt gated by a meaningful ulti cooldown. You could greatly increase the cooldown of this ability and have it be as overloaded as it was on her release.

What do you guys think of these ideas?
