This is a work in progress, but I want to know what you guys think of it The idea behind this champion is an elemental champion that works as a control mage instead of the normal elemental champion idea where the champion can basically do everything.

>Passive: Elemental Runes Kuraz passively has 4 runes (Red, Yellow, Green, and Blue) that spin around him clockwise. Auto's deal bonus magic damage and abilities are enhanced whenever they pass through a rune, and enemy attacks and abilities that pass through unshattered runes deal reduced damage. When an ability Kuraz uses passes through a rune, that particular rune shatters, and comes back after a while. The cooldown for a rune to come back is reduced whenever Kuraz uses an ability

> Q: Elemental Spirit Kuraz throws a spirit forward to a target location, and it marks a large area around it as it's domain.

  • Runeless: The spirit will launch a white orb at any enemy unit that takes damage, dealing adaptive damage. Red Rune: The spirit will launch a fire ball at any enemy unit that auto attacks, dealing physical damage and reducing that target's AD by a % Yellow Rune: The spirit will zap any enemy unit that dashes or gets displaced, dealing physical damage and reducing that target's Armor by a % Green Rune: The spirit will use its vine to whip any enemy unit that gives or receives a shield or heal, dealing magical damage and reducing that target's MR Blue Rune: The spirit will launch a water orb at any enemy unit that casts an ability, dealing magical damage and reducing that target's AP

>W: Rune Shatter Kuraz Forces his fist forward, shattering a rune. The shatter rune will fly a distance away from him. Kuraz can recast the ability, causing the shattered rune to come back to him. this ability can shatter a rune on its way out, and on its way in. He absorbs the shattered rune and gains effects based on which runes were shattered.

  • Out ward Runeless: Reduces the cooldown of his basic abilities by a flat amount Red Rune: Grants him Aura of flame. Next 3 Auto attacks and Abilities set enemy targets on fire, dealing physical damage. The fire will spread to targets that stand too close, but collectively does reduced damage for every target the fire spreads too Yellow Rune: Grants him Aura of electricity. Next 3 Auto attacks and Abilities zap enemies and ricochets to nearby enemies like stattik shiv, dealing physical damage. Green Rune: Grants him Aura of earth. Next 3 autos deal magic damage over time. Damage is increased based on how far the enemies with the DoT are to Kuraz Blue Rune: Grants him Aura of water. Next 3 autos deal magic damage to enemies in an AoE. Damage is increased based on how close the enemies are to Kuraz
  • > Inward Runless: Reduces the cooldown of his basic abilities by a flat amount Red Rune: Grants him temporary attack speed. Yellow Rune: Grants him temporary movement speed. Green Rune: Grants him temporary HP regen. Blue Rune: Grants him temporary MP regen.

>E: Runic Stop/ Runic Control

  • Runic Stop: Upon cast, Kuraz stops the Runes around him from spinning, keeping them in place and amplifying his damage by a percentage for a period of itme.
  • Runic Control: When casted and held, Kuraz spins the runes around him counter-clockwise twice as fast. During Runic Control, the damage reduction on his passive is amplified and he gains it from all sides of him, no matter how many runes of his are shattered. However, Kuraz cannot shatter a rune with his other abilities during Runic Control. When no longer held, the runes will go back to the Runic stop state. Kuraz can recast and hold runic control whenever he feels like it during the duration of Runic stop.

>R: The final element Kuraz shatters all runes he currently has around him and forms the White Rune. This rune is insanely powerful

  • Kuraz gains awareness instead of damage reduction to all attacks and abilities that hit it Kuraz's auto attacks deal bonus true damage instead of magic damage when passing through it. Kuraz's next basic ability that passes through the white rune gains ALL effects instead of 1.

>Upon shattering the white rune, It refreshes the cooldown on all other runes.

An elemental champion is a design I'm very passionate about. I think it's very cool, however, very prone to being overloaded. This kit I present gives you many options without him being able to do too many things. Kuraz emphasizes on CHOICE. His kit is very powerful if you can quickly and effectively decide which ability is required for which situation, however, i felt as though it might have been to powerful. As you may have notice, Kuraz has NO instances of CC anywhere on his kit. As a mage, this is weird, but as a champion who is supposed to be a control mage, this is even stranger. Well, this is because Kuraz's entire kit is also focused around the idea of forcing enemies to do or not do certain things, because they'll be punished for it. For example, his Q causes enemies to avoid doing what'll lead them to taking easy damage, and having their stats reduced. Another example is his w, as it determines how his enemies will position themselves. However, without any CC at all, Kuraz needs some sort of peel, and that's why he has the damage reduction.

He definitely has alot to his kit, as this post has gone on for far too long, but I seriously want to hear what you guys think about this!

I actually really like this idea. He would seem like a fun champion to try out that seems to be pretty difficult in terms of using the certain rune at a certain time (I like the difficult aspect of champions). I love using cc as a way for crazy outplays, so lack thereof on Kuraz is kinda disappointing for me but I can understand why he doesn't have it.

Because you didn't specify his role, I can imagine him going either ADC or mid. Mid because he just sounds like a midlane champion but ADC because, like you said, he will need a peel and has no cc. I'm seeing him as being more of a midlaner because he probably builds AP over AD (I could be wrong) and hardly any, if any at all, ADCs build AP.

Seems like a very interesting champion that I personally would love to try out.

P.S. Obviously, there is some bias to my comment, but these are my thoughts on it. Great work :)
