Sylas' ultimate feels like something Neeko should have had

Do you ever feel like a champion has an ability that another champion should have had to better fit their thematic or kit? I'm not a guy who's too into the lore of league, and Im not generally good at the game, but I feel like a chain slinging mage shouldn't be out here copying the ultimates of other people. Neeko, on the other hand, Is a champ that can perform mimicry. After her passive, it feels like that whole entire concept isn't represented anywhere else in her kit. I feel as though if Neeko had Sylas' ultimate, not only would it be able to give purpose to her passive, which is not really useful outside of the occasionally tomfoolery you could pull off with it, but allow the power budget of Neeko's kit to shift away from her E+Q combo, and lets her have something that feels unique and not like "oh nunu ulti but she can move and it stuns..". Even though all is said and done, and I have no authority to make the prior requested changes, what are your thoughts on this?
