[Champion Concept] Valion, the Keeper of Memories
Valion is a relic of the past. Once a decorated soldier in the rune wars, he was transformed into a construct after receiving a mortal injury in order to preserve the knowledge of an era that had been forever destroyed. Now he wanders Runeterra, seeking to glean memories of the past, and if necessary, to prevent yet another catastrophe.
Abilities
Passive - Keeper of Ancient Artifacts When Valion kills a minion he gains an ancient fragment. Monster kills grant two fragments, large monster kills and champion assists grant three fragments, and epic monster kills/assists and champion kills grant five. Valion may spend 100 fragments to permanently enhance one of his completed items. The item gains a small stat increase and a unique active ability.
Q - Reconfigure Cooldown: 0.5 seconds (static) Passive: Valion gains 20/25/30/35/40% bonus attack speed. Active: Valion switches between using a set of crystal knives and a pair of energy cannons. When using cannons he attacks from long range (550) and his attacks deal 10 + 2/2.5/3/3.5/4% (+1% per 75 bonus AD)(+1% per 50 AP) of the target's current health in magic damage. When using knives, he attacks in melee range and his attacks deal 20/30/40/50/60 + 8% (+1% per 50 bonus AD)(+1% per 30 AP) of the target's missing health as magic damage.
W - Sentinel/Ravager Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds Range: 800 Ranged form active: Valion conjures the memory of a sentinel. The sentinel stands in place and sprays projectiles in a fixed cone, dealing 80/140/200/260/320 (+60% bonus AD)(+100% AP) magic damage over 3 seconds. Melee form active: Valion conjures the memory of a ravager. The ravager rushes forward, dealing 60/80/100/120/140 (+40% Bonus AD)(+60% AP) magic damage to all enemies it hits until it reaches maximum range or hits an enemy champion. The ravager deals 90/120/150/180/210 (+60% bonus AD)(+90% AP) magic damage to the champion hit, then disappears.
E - Defender Cooldown: 16/14/12/10/8 seconds Range: 600 Valion dashes forward, dealing 70/115/160/205/250 (+45% Bonus AD)(+75% AP) magic damage to all enemies and slowing their movement by 45% for one second. He conjures the memory of a defender at his former position, which prevents enemies from moving through it. The defender lasts for three seconds, during which Valion may reactivate defender to switch places with the memory.
R - Extermination Cooldown: 140/115/90 seconds Range: 450 Valion summons five memories of mages in a pentagon around the target. The mages focus on the target for three seconds, granting true sight while they lock on to the target. Other enemy champions coming close to the target during the lock-on period disrupt the mages' concentration, causing them to split their targets between all enemy champions in a small radius around the target. One second after the targetting period ends, each mage fires a bolt of energy at its designated target, dealing 100/150/200 (+20% bonus AD)(+40% AP) magicdamage in an area around them. Enemies struck by multiple projectiles take 50% reduced damage by each missile after the first.
