[Champion Concept] Eleisa, the Morning Blade
Lore: Through the history of Valoran, few have survived contact with the void, and even fewer have retained their sanity. At the young age of five, a young girl by the name of Eleisa Velisker was sucked into the void when a rift was spontaneously torn in the dimensional fabric. At the time, Eleisa's return from the dreaded depths of the void could not be explained and many people called the extraordinary circumstances a miracle. About 10 years later, Kayle was passing through the area on an important mission for the league when she sensed a powerful font of holy energy emanating from Eleisa. Approaching her, the Judicator offered to teach her to refine and control her power if she were to come with Kayle to the League of Legends. Eleisa, believing it was the best way to protect her family, accepted the offer.
Appearance Eleisa appears as a knight of moderate stature clad in pale gold plate armor. She wields a medium gold sword and carries a rune-inscribed gold shield.

Hero's Arms (Passive) Eleisa begins the game with Qíu'Lan, the humble blade. Qiú'Lan cannot be sold, nor can any of its upgrades.
Dawnburst (Q) Eleisa fires a bolt of energy at the target location, dealing 40/75/110/145/180 (+60% Bonus AD) (+30% AP) magic damage to enemies and healing allies for 60/100/140/180/220) within a 200-radius. If the bolt hits an enemy champion before it bursts, it deals 20/25/30/35/40 (+20% Bonus AD) (+10% AP) bonus magic damage and stuns the target for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds
Knight's Discretion (W) Eleisa infuses the target champion with light, causing a varying effect depending on the target
Ally Cast: Eleisa heals the target for 60/95/130/165/200 (+40% AP). The target then pulses with fire, dealing 30/55/80/105/130 (+35% AP) magic damage to enemies within 350 units over the course of 5 seconds.
Enemy Cast: Eleisa burns the target, dealing them 50/85/120/155/190 (+60% AP) magic damage. The target radiates energy which heals Eleisa's allies within 350 units for 40/70/100/130/160 (+30% AP) over 5 seconds.
Self-Cast: Eleisa shields herself, absorbing damage taken for 5 seconds. During that time, a percentage of all damage dealt to allied champions is instead dealt to Eleisa, but at a 25% reduction. If the same source damages multiple allies, instances of the damage dealt to Eleisa after the first are reduced by 75%.
Hallowed Ground (E) Eleisa infuses the target 300-radius area with light for 8 seconds. Allies in the area gain 20/35/50/65/80 bonus movement speed and regenerate 10/15/20/25/30 (+5% AP) health each second.
Heroic Bond (R) Eleisa forges a spiritual bond with an ally as long as they stay within 1500 units or until Eleisa reactivates heroic bond to cancel it. While the bond is active, both Eleisa and the bonded ally gain 20% tenacity. The ally's attacks deal 5/20/35/50 (+40% Bonus AD) (+20% AP) bonus magic damage, while Eleisa's attacks restore 10/15/20/25 (+30% AP) of the ally’s health and 5/10/15/20 of the ally’s mana. If the bonded ally is slain, Heroic Bond is put on a 5 second static cooldown. Eleisa begins the game with one point in heroic bond and can advance it up to rank 4.

Qíu'Lan, the Justice Bringer: +50 ability power, +250 health, +25 health regeneration, +15 mana regeneration, +20 magic penetration, Active (death sentence): deals 200 (+40% AP) to the target over 5 seconds, then another 150 (+30% AP) when the effect expires. 90 second cooldown (range 750). (noble blade + amplifying tome + regeneration bead + faerie charm + 875 gold)
Qíu'Lan, the Stalwart Guardian: +30 ability power, +500 health, +30 health regeneration, +15 mana regeneration, Passive (guardian’s mettle): gain a shield that absorbs 200 damage every 10 seconds, or after 5 seconds not in combat. (noble blade + ruby crystal + 2 regeneration beads + 1 faerie charm + 660 gold)
Qíu'Lan, the Pious Mender: +60 ability power, +250 health, +200 mana, +20 health regeneration, + 20 mana regeneration, +10% cooldown reduction. (Sapphire crystal + forbidden idol + amplifying tome + 15 gold)
