New Summoner Spell?

I feel like through the years Riot has not exactly like the way TP has been used so effectively to win lane phase and then turn around and be superior at roaming. I don't believe Riot likes seeing the same 4 summoners every game and they do their best to vary everything. I feel like they kind of made the answer with Ornns passive, but what if they just made it a summoner spell, where you can open the shop menu from anywhere on a shorter CD than TP? Would you guys use a summoner spell like that?

no, it wouldn't help much because then you would be wasting a summoner spell on what you can do by taking tp and pressing b. I would think if anything they would implement some kind of new spell that reflects the next spell cast at you even if its another summoner spell like exhaust or ignite
