Fisib: The Void Crawler

So I've been thinking of a new champ.

Champion Name: Fisib: The Void Crawler Lore: Something involving Malzahar and/or Illaoi. Fisib would be ADC with spikes on his back and shoots them at enemy champs to Auto Attack. His design would be Cameleon-like.

His passive would kind of be like Darius's passive which makes the enemy champ bleed for instead 3 seconds over 5 like Darius. This passive deals percentage damage and makes the enemy champ bleed at max 3% of their health at a full 3 stacks.

Q: Double Time: Double time causes Fisib to kind of have a built in Runaans as he attacks 2 champs and/or minions he is Auto Attacking. The duration of the ability would be 5 seconds and it can scale to 10 at level 18. The cooldown would be 15/12/9/7/5 secs.

W: Quick Crawl: This makes Fisib invulnerable for 2 seconds as he can either run away or engage in a fight. This ability also gives him increased speed by .5 which7/5 doesn't scale. The auto attack or spell he uses after this ability would disregard armor on enemy champ. He cannot attack while invulnerable, just engage or run away from the enemy champion/s. Cooldown 20/17/15/13/10 secs.

E: Sticky Tongue: This is a skill shot in which Fisib knocks up the enemy he hit allowing his next ability to guarantee hit the enemy he hit with this ability. Also the enemy hit gets knocked up for 1 sec and scales to 3 secs. This attack deals 50 AP and scales with AP. Cooldown is 9/8/7/6/5 secs.

R: AOE ability in which Fisib grabs any enemy champion/s with his sticky tongue in his path and throws them the distance of the walls on Summoners Rift at mid lane. This ability deals 100 AD base. He can displace them anywhere in front of him but not behind himself. Cooldown would be 100/80/60 secs.
