Trolling and Inting In Silver (The Usual)

Banning people's champions and proceeding to pick soraka and nunu in top and jungle then saying "we will lose" and "gg" as they are trolling. They even, after banning each other's champs, both confirmed they are trolling. Might be duo or not but seems like something to look into.
