New champion Idea "Nigel" the scared skeleton

Lore: As explorer of Valoran Nigel prided himself on finding new and unexplored ruins. On one of Nigel's typical excavations of a forgotten ruin in uncharted territory he found himself immersed in the ancient text. Nigel had spent his life trying to understand and comprehend nearly all ancient or forgotten languages but he had seen nothing like this. But befor Nigel could truly grasp what the text said he heard a loud Familiar roar outside. This was a beast that had been stalking Nigel since he first entered this territory no matter what he did he couldn't shake it off him. As Nigel ran out of the ruins and made it to safe grounds within the Forrest he let out a sigh of relief believing he had escaped the beast but as he took his final breath of relief little did he know it would also be his final breath as he then felt the breath of huge beast behind him take its breath right before eating him.

Unlike most people in death Nigel awoke to see himself alive but missing all of skin and left nothing but a skeleton confused by his new appearance he still keeps his love for adventure and exploration however the beast still tracks him to this very day keeping Nigel although dead in a constant state of fear. (This is my first time making a lore so keep that in mind)

" Nigel uses the large fishing pole on his back to latch onto a team mate or enemy and pull him self towards their direction on enemy damage scales / 30/50/75/125 and cd goes 13/8/7/6 and it has no mana cost W: Did you hear something ? " each of Nigel's Basic attacks dealing bonus ad damage and stack a fear meter on the enemy apon hitting the forth stack the enemy becomes feared for 2 seconds damage scaling /20/ 25/30/40/60 and the cd is/8/6/5/4/3 and it has no mana cost E bone toss "Nigel throws out one of his bones dealing ad damage and marking the enemy with true sight damage is / 25/30/40/60 R" OH NO IT FOLLOWED ME " "The beast that killed Nigel has followed him to the rift apon activation of his ult The beast will appear from the nearest bush and apon attacking an enemy it will leave them feared and the beast deals ad damage / 80/120/200/300 and the fear last 1.2 seconds and it has no mana cost Auto attacks " Nigel uses a old fashion rifle as weapon that has an auto attack range of 400 Appearance : Nigel looks like the typical explorer wearing a safari hunt outfit and has a large fishing rod on his back as well looking like a skeleton however he looks non threatening and instead of looking like a biological skeleton he looks more cartoony and friendly. The beast that hunts Nigel looks like a Giant Alligator with large spikes on its back dark purple scales and huge teeth and glowing green eyes.
