Infinite accept decline match bug

so I just recently had a strange glitch where apon getting a match accept decline or accept I was stuck unable to click out either by accepting or declining whilst I could hear audio from the champ select

Bump, I had the same problem then had to wait 5 mins till i could play again!

I've got the same problem! I've got infinite accept and decline match bug about 10 times now and lost so much LP and got 30 minute queue dodge timers! PLEASE HELP!
