Game Mode Concept: Mirror Match
Everyone most likely got put in a mirror match at least one. When I'm in a mirror matchup, I try harder because it feels great when you play a match purely on skill, especially when that champion is your main.
Layout The map will be Summoners Rift, the Rivers, and Jungle will be inaccessible, meaning there is no way to help your team. There will only be three towers in each lane, all of them except the inhibitor turret will be fortified.
Objective Destroying the 2nd tier turret will mean you won your lane. However, someone else on your team also has to "win their lane" to secure the win for the whole game. But wait, what happens after you "win lane"? This is where the 3rd turret comes into play. The two people in the lane will switch what build they have, and gold they currently own at that time, this gives the person who "lost lane" a chance to cause a draw the entire game.
This makes it a race against the clock if the enemy "lost lane" they have to destroy the 3rd tier turret before your team destroys a 2nd tier turret.
Champion Select 4v4 Both teams are even in numbers, Summoners 1 and 3 on the blue team will choose the champion for both teams. Summoners 2 and 4 on the red team will choose the champion for both teams. This makes it fair for both teams.
Explanation -Having this mode be a 4v4 will make it faster for people to queue up to play a match. -By having draws instead of losses, people will be less tilted when playing their next game, and it feels a lot less of a waste of time. -No rivers or jungle means it's a matchup purely on the player's skill on that specific champion, this is why a lot of people started to play League of Legends, they loved outplaying their opponents. -Having a game be a three separate 1v1s will cater to those who don't enjoy team play and love solo play. -Having 3 turrets instead of just 2 allows for late game champions to participate.
