I've got really cool idea for summoners rift gamemode (for tryharding and games without bad players)

THIS IS JUST IDEA READ WHOLE TEXT BEFORE COMMENTING OR DOWNWOTING - thank you :)

I got covered everything from this to that and it's almost perfect you could say (mabye)

This gamemode could be in 2 types

   1 It could be just like normal draft with more competetive meaning (described below)
   2 It could be like ranked and you would have like secondary rank (or could be better ranking all explained below)

So basically the gamemode would be like normal draft exept no ban, but still draft pick so you would go straight up in pick phase

• the goal of this gamemode would be for: practicing for ranked, playing for real, for tryharders , better ranked?

In this gamemode: (numbers and times could be changed)

• you can go only solo in this gamemode (mabye duo but should be considered carefully because things written below this)
• after you play one game of this gamemode you're unable to play it for 5 min
• it would have mmr or rank mmr system like other gamemodes
• teammates have for 1 minute, power to vote 1 person after game (mabye more) (explained voting below)
• in post game screen after honoring someone (or not) you get option for 1 min (after 1 min you can't vote) to vote if the person was playing enough (like if this person was tryhardting or trying) - only teammates - can't be unfair cause it's solo only (mabye duo)
• if 3 (or 4 mabye if 3 is small number) players voted that the player wasn't playing enough his mmr would drop little bit and his 5 min wait for another game would increase to 20 with notification: "your teammates felt like you didn't try enough" (or something like that) - the wait time would be only 1 time so after another game it's 5 min unless teammates vote again
• you don't get any runes in game (but it won't clear you runepage you just only play without runes -> in this gamemode)
• afk/leaving would be leaver buster or 1 hour of waiting before you can queue again in this gamemode
• besides everything above everything else would be same I guess
• also if player is voted too frequently his mmr drops significantly with some popup text (it's just idea)

-This gamemode is for players that want to practise in nice conditions where everyone is trying at least little bit to play
