Xcedros (ex-SED-rohs) - The Deadly Blade of Zuan

Innate -Calibas

Empowers bladed items by a % based on 10 + Kills.

Q - Deadly Blade

Xcedros turns invisible for 4 seconds. While stealth Xcedros next attack will Rend based on 1/2/3/4/5 + # of kills% of the damage dealt per .5 seconds for 2 seconds. Target cannot be affected by this for 2 seconds after the rend stops. before he loses stealth. After stealth has worn off Xcedros gains 20/25/30/35/40 + 5 per 1 Chamipon kills bonus Armor & Magic Resist degrading over 3 seconds.

W - Speed Boots/Battle Gaunlets

(Toggle off) Xcedros gains +20/25/30/35/40% Movement Speed. (Toggle on) Xcedros gains +10/20/30/40/50% Attack Speed.

E Grenades

Xcedros throws 2 grenades into a target area (300) after 2 seconds or stepped on they both explode (150 radius) one deals 70/90/110/130/150 + AD physical damage the other blinds champions for 1 second and stuns minions for 2 seconds.

R -

Idea #1 sends up a satellite which shoots down a beam causing a global quake

Idea #2 sends up a satellite which shoots champions randomly for x seconds.

Idea #3 switches from melee to range. Please summit opions for alternate abilities.

Innate: I think it's cool that it is based off of kill #, but this means it's dealing 0 damage until you get a kill. at 1 kill you're doing 8% SO like 25-30 damage over 2 seconds... it takes a long time to get vamped up and offers nothing until the champ is extremely fed (at which point why does it matter to get boosted damage because items and autos would already cover this). I suggest some kind of base and scaling in addition to the kill ratio (which may need to be reduced to compensate).

Q: Really fun concept, but I would limit it to abilities. To compensate you could increase the timer to something like 8 seconds. 5 autos late-game while stealthed is beyond unfair. Also, the scaling from kills here can be buffed to +5 per 1 Champion kill since it is temporary and is decaying.

W: Fun concept here keep.

E: I like the idea, but if they are hit with two grenades I'd have reduced damage from the second one, and I would change the stun grenade to something else. Stunning only minions isn't quite worth it.

R: So keeping in mind the potential swap to abilities with Q, I think an ultimate with an ammo system like Corki's would be super cool. Perhaps a slash of the sword shooting out a wave of energy like the sword beam of Link's sword in the Zelda series? After the slash, you could roll in the direction of the cursor (similar mechanic to Kalista).

Excedrin Frog looks pretty neat! His W toggle should have a cooldown, and when activated it removes headaches (silences)!

Actually, now that you changed Q, I'd make the satellite something really big (R) and use the Zelda thing for E. Something like this:

Tachyon Blade: Static CD of 0.5 seconds (unaffected by CD reduction), Can store up to 4 charges, Recharge time 18/14/10 seconds

Xcedros releases stored radiant energy from his sword in a straight line dealing 90/135/180/225/270 (+80% AD) and is able to roll a short distance towards the cursor for a brief time after using the ability (similar mechanic to Kalista but functions as a roll like Vayne).
