Teslacoil Heimerdinger

I think this could be an amazing homage to Nicholas Tesla, and an awesome skin at the same time.

Dinger himself would have a dual-teslacoil backpack, shooting sparks and stray bits of lightning.

Q- Teslacoils! The turrets shoots streaks of lightning at their target. The charged shot shoots extra large bolts. UQ- SUPER GIANT TESLACOIL! W- Lightning gun! Instead of rockets, bolts of lightning UW- Lightning storm! Shoots wave after wave of lightning bolts. E- you really dont need to do much here. UE- see above statement. R- His teslacoil backpack supercharges...much like it does now.

Could be an easy skin to make, only need to change a few skills. Quick easy 975RP skin.

For the EXTRA mile, add in some new jokes and special taunts against lightning champs and boost the RP price.
