Rito can we just cancel the next champion rework/champion and make new skins for old ones?

Seriously I'm sure we all want a new skin for our beloved , , and etc. But instead of getting a new skin on them all we got was skins on people who already have over 9000 skins. Plz Riot make skins for champions who haven't been getting much loved plz, I know reworking a champion is also important, but I really want my beloved Germ boy to get a new skin. Hell if you want to rework someone, how about FIXING QUININS ancient bugs instead of messing with other champions.

No they can't just cancel reworks or champs, first of all reworks are usually more wanted than a simple skin as they make the champion look or play better and the idea of a simple new coat for a champion rather then another one getting its long needed changes for such a simple thing seems dumb. Now I'm not saying all skins are that simple but really would you want a blue ZAC rather than a reworked yorick? Germ boy is getting a skin soon I mean they can't keep avoiding the topic and they've already proved they want to give champs that have gone a while without a skin a new one ex morde, Zil, Talon. For the final part, a new champ is an idea that can be moved around and since the community commonly asks for a new one on a two to three month basis Rito has a time goal to fulfill if they want to avoid way too many impatient people bitching that Rito doesn't care. But, again a new champ is much more important than a simple skin. In fact usually when champs finally get their long awaited skin people just complain that it wasn't worth the wait so that could also make the skin team wonder if it's worth it to go make a skin for an oldie if nobody wants to even thank them for their work. Criticism isn't a bad thing but out right board yelling isn't the solution. Speaking of that actually I believe there is a skin team if I'm correct I mean Rito does have workers cut into teams and groups of people doing different things so there must be a team doing skins while others work on new champs. (PS: to ensure relevancy don't bring up a random topic if this is your post name as he problem you're suggesting is skins not Quinn)

different teams also work on those they wouldnt put everyone on a single project
