(Character Kit Concept) Rakka, Embodiment of Phoenix.

I wanted to create a character that have easy to understand kit but somehow different than anything in game so far. My idea was to create Mage/Support that can make some serious impact in Lane phase and teamfights if played right.

I didn't make math about stats, but based on the kit she would be have similar stats as Morgana.

**Passive: Life Flames ** Rakka abilities and basic attacks generate heat, when rakka gather maximum (100) heat she will be engulfed in Life Flames for 3 seconds, healing Rakka and nearby allies for (Rakka lvl) ( + 10% AP) per second and dealing Magic damage to enemy champions for same amount. All heat is consumed over duration of life flames. Heat will start to fade after 10 seconds without generating any more heat. Basic attack generate 5 heat and Rakka can't gain any more heat when she is engulfed in life flames.

Visual note. Rakka will start without any flames around her. Flames will gather the more heat she has. Ultimately resulted into Life flames.

Q - Flame wave (Skillshot) CD: 11/10/10/9/8 Range: 700. Generate 20 heat

Rakka release a wave of fire in front of her that burns every enemy for 30/70/110/160/220 ( + 40% AP) Magic damage.

W - Fiery Jump CD: 35/30/27/23/19 Range: About 700. Generate 30 heat.

Rakka summon wings from her back that help her to leap in far distance. Rakka will deal 70/130/190/240/290 ( + 60% AP) Magic damage in small landing area all enemy champions in landing area will be stunned for 0.5 - 1.5 sec, depending on distance she jumped.

E - Phoenix cloak Cd: 14/12/11/10/8 Range: 650.

Engulf you or your ally in phoenix flames to heal them for 70 / 105 / 140 / 175 / 210 (+ 60% AP) over 5 seconds. All enemies around target will burn for 5/11/20/25/35 ( + 20% AP) Magic damage per second. Rakka will generate 10 heat per second if she is standing next to target or is target with Phoenix cloak.

R - Born from the Ashes CD: 130/90/60 Range: 500.

You target yourself or your ally that is under 30% of his max health. After small delay (0.5 sec) Target will be burned to ashes with explosion that deals 100/180/260 (+ 20% AP) to 190/320/500 ( + 50% AP) Magic damage, based on current heat Rakka have, to all enemy champions in small/medium radius. Target is instantly resurrected with health equals damage dealt to enemy champions with explosion with minimum of 200/300/400 health.

Possible alternative Ultimate

Phoenix Heritage CD: 160/130/90

Rakka draws raw power of phoenix from her heart instatly gains maximum heat and increase duration of Life flames by 2/3/4 seconds. Range of life flames are doubled and healing and damage is increased to 15/35/50 ( + 20% AP) for its duration.

Hello there fellow Concept Creator, A few notes.

Passice - Life Flames For a passive heal I think that this is extremely strong, the heal combined with the ap scaling would, late game, probably be insane.

Q - W - E - R For a support these damage scalings are absolutely off the charts, they deal immense amounts of damage and the AP% aren’t helping with it. I’d advise you turn down those damage amounts.

W - Fiery Jump This stun duration is way too long honestly, Ashe’s Crystal Arrow Ultimate stuns for 1-3.5 seconds depending on the time traveled. I advise scaling the stun duration 0.75 -1.5 seconds over the amount of points she puts into.

Good way to check if a champion concept is over powered is to see if you'd pick them over all other champs for that role. Personally I think Vel would still be a better support, as you have huge range and tons of damage. Having you or your adc suicide isn't really op. Vel will get 325% ability power scaling, plus 175% of that ends up being true damage. Plus probably another 50% passive proc if you land everything right, so 225% true damage. If this is okay, even without healing abilities, then 200-ish% ap ratio magic damage isn't that bad. Rakan gets 180% and has lots of utility.

Only HUGE problem I see is... trolling potential. What if you're playing adc and your sup blows you up without enemies nearby? You go below half health for no reason. There's usually always problems with damaging allies. It's bad enough to have a bard R get you killed.
