Passive: Each basic damaging ability steals an amount of mana from the champions hit, converting it into a shield (1 mana : 2 shield hit points)

Each point in an ability means it steals +10 mana

Q: A moderate sized spiral comes up from the ground after a brief delay dealing substantial damage to those hit directly in the center.

W: Small and short lived singularity that drags enemies towards it (NOT CANCELING CHANNELS), enemies who are directly in the center are interrupted and dealt damage equal to a percent of their mana ( has a large radius but only pulls about 100-200 units inward) has 2 charges

E: After a brief delay, a pool of charged mana drops from the sky and rapidly disintegrates unless an enemy is hit, in which case damage is dealt to them over time.

R: ACTIVE: (costs 7/6/5 mana per second): It's shield is converted into a mana pool and he emerges a gigantic mana monster. lt saps mana of enemies around it = to a percent per second and convert a portion of it into hp. Abilities gain increased range, and also a slow equal to a percent of the mana monster's current mana . Gaining the ability to cast 2 things at once and reduces it's cooldowns based on how many enemies are in it's mana monster aoe sap.

Passive: each point in an ability steals an additional 2/3/4 mana

All numbers can be changed for balancing sake.

Riot has said that mana burn effects are not going to happen, because they least effect the intended target (caster champions who already build more mana) and hurt everyone else.
