An Apple Story

narrator voice "Ahem, hello everyone, my name is John Smith, world famous fruit documenter. Today we will be spectating the humble apple, in all its spectacular red color and crisp taste. This particular apple, on this particular tree, is gently blowing in the breeze, it's shiny waxy outer peel glistening in the sunlight. It has many siblings on the tree, and there are many more like it, but I chose this apple for a reason. It, as far as I know, is the most photogenic apple I have ever seen and it just screamed to be recorded for history. So with my camera, incredible amount of patience, and my amazing description skills being spoken by my eloquent tongue, I will now document this apple for you, the intrigued and exasperated viewer. I now officially commence what I like to call, "Apple Recording #1539 in Summer" with your host, John Smith. First off, I recommend taking notes on this, as this can be interesting to see and who knows what could happen. It could fall, it could be eaten by a wild animal, it could be picked by a passing traveler, the possibilities are endless. Runeterra might not ever see such a thrilling fruit documentary as this, so my next tip for any new viewers joining us, is immersion. Always have some spare fruit to snack on or replace in documenting. You only make that mistake only once." Several hours later, the camera is on the ground with John Smith screaming at the sky. "WHY VOICES?! WHY HAVE I BEEN FORSAKEN TO THIS TORTURE?! WHY MUST I MAKE A LIVING VIDEO TAPING FRUIT?! YA KNOW WHAT?!" throwing his hat down "I QUIT! I'M GOING TO GO BACK TO THE ACADEMY AND MARRY THAT GIRL LIKE MOTHER WANTED. ITS NOT WORTH IT!" As the fruit documenter leaves, the apple stays, hanging from a tree. One could swear there was voices coming from it, but that's preposterous. It's an apple. It's impossible.
